This project consisted of an extensive interior renovation, which involved modernizing the kitchen, bathrooms, bedrooms, lighting, doors, and windows. We removed the popcorn ceilings and applied a fresh coat of paint to the walls, trim, and crown molding. Furthermore, we built a custom guesthouse in the backyard that the owners designed to serve as a home office, complete with a full bathroom and a handcrafted outdoor shower!

Lakewalk

The project at Lakewalk underwent a complete interior renovation that involved redesigning the kitchen and bathrooms, laying down new life-proof flooring, painting the walls, crown molding, trim, and exterior.

Egret

Our crew gave this beautiful home a fresh coat of paint on all exterior surfaces including siding, trim, and windows. Additionally, we repaired damaged millwork and installed new light fixtures.

Our team gave this beautiful home a refreshing finish by painting its exterior, including windows, garage doors, trim, and siding.

Manor Ave

Manor Avenue underwent a renovation that involved repainting all the walls and updating the trim and crown molding to give it a fresh and modern look. After the job was complete, this property sold for $440,000 in the autumn of 2022.

Oxford

We undertook a full-scale renovation, which included the installation of hardwood floors, fresh paint, and new trim and crown molding. We also put in a completely new kitchen and gave the bathrooms an appealing update.

West Chester Boro

This project included updating all the floors, renewing the drywall, giving the walls a fresh coat of paint, and installing trim and molding. In addition, the kitchen and bathrooms have been completely remodeled.
